Orders & Payment
All orders require full advance payment for confirmation. After payment, customers must send the payment receipt via WhatsApp. Orders will only be processed once payment has been verified.
Order Confirmation
Payment alone does not automatically mean an order has been confirmed. An order is confirmed after payment verification and communication of the order details.
Delivery
KĀGAZ currently offers delivery within Lahore only. Delivery details and an estimated delivery time of 3 to 4 working days are shared at the time of order confirmation.
Artwork & Product Information
Our artworks are handmade. Natural differences in texture, brushwork, finish, and other details may occur and are part of the individuality of each piece.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not accepted except in the case of damage during delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

By placing an order with KĀGAZ, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service together with our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.
