Art, quietly considered

KĀGAZ is an independent art house founded by two sisters, rooted ina shared devotion to painting, craftsmanship, and the quiet power ofbeautiful things.

We create works that bring character to a space without asking for attention.

Our approach is intentional: considered compositions, tactilesurfaces, natural forms, and expressive abstraction—each created byhand, each carrying its own presence.

The Beginning

Every work begins with a blank surface.

KĀGAZ—meaning paper—speaks to that beginning: the moment before an idea becomes form, when possibility exists without definition.

It is a name that reflects our belief that art is not about perfection. It is about transformation—the quiet journey from an empty surface to something that holds emotion, atmosphere, and meaning.

Our Perspective

At KĀGAZ, we are drawn to what endures.

The softness of a botanical form.
The movement of an abstract gesture.
The depth within texture.
The beauty of restraint.

We believe a considered artwork should not simply fill a wall. It should become part of its surroundings—adding warmth, depth, and a sense of identity.

Made by Hand

Every KĀGAZ piece is individually painted and finished by hand.

Small variations are not imperfections; they are evidence of the hand behind the work. They give each piece its individuality and make every artwork inherently one of a kind.

We work slowly, thoughtfully, and with an appreciation for craftsmanship that cannot be replicated by mass production.

What We Create

Our work exists between nature and abstraction, detail and simplicity, expression and restraint.

Each collection is an exploration of mood, form, texture, and the understated beauty of the world around us.

We do not create for a moment. We create with the intention that a piece can remain in a space, evolve with it, and still feel right years from now.

Our Philosophy

Less, but meaningful.
Quiet, but expressive.
Timeless, rather than temporary.

KĀGAZ is a celebration of art that feels personal.
Art that does not compete with a space, but completes it.

Art made slowly.
Art made intentionally.
Art made to belong.

KĀGAZ
Where ideas become art

Merium Pervaiz

The language of abstraction.
She paints what cannot be named — emotion in its rawest form, movement without boundaries, energy that refuses structure.

Fatima Pervaiz

The discipline of detail.
She studies nature like scripture — leaves, stems, silence, and stillness translated into precision, patience, and depth.

In Loving Memory

Our beloved Khala, Saba, was an exceptional artist whose passion for painting continues to inspire us. Every canvas we create carries a small piece of her legacy.

Through our art, Khala Jan will always live on in our hearts.

With heartfelt thanks,

Kaghaz
